Changed your mind

Full refund up to 7 days before the event. 50% refund up to 48 hours before doors. Inside 48 hours tickets are non-refundable but freely transferable — forward your confirmation email to whoever's going.

Free RSVP events

RSVPs cost nothing and owe nothing. If you can't make it, just don't come — though releasing your spot via reply to the confirmation email helps someone else in.

Cancelled or rescheduled by us

If we cancel, you get a full refund automatically within 10 days. If we reschedule, you choose: keep your ticket for the new date or take a full refund.

How to claim

Reply to your confirmation email or write to bookings@nightcrestcollective.com with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
