Tickets & entry

Every ticket is a revocable license to attend the named event. Entry requires the QR code from your confirmation email plus valid photo ID matching the event's age policy. We may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour endangers others — in that case tickets are not refunded.

Line-ups & schedules

Set times, artists and running orders may change without notice. A change of supporting act is not grounds for a refund; a cancelled or fully rescheduled headline event is — see our refund policy.

Conduct

No harassment, no hate, no phones on designated dark floors. By attending you agree to follow venue staff and security instructions at all times.
